Who I Am

I am a curious man who never stopped loving to learn. And of all the topics I loved to study, Life was my favorite topic. I am on an endless pursuit of growth and knowledge. This was the beginning of becoming a Life Coach.
I am a man who was imprisoned for over a decade for drug abuse and negligence to take action in a domestic dispute. I understand well the skills it takes to survive in the darkest, most hostile environment: my mind. I understand the sense of loss, regret, and anger many people feel after having lost years and decades of their lives to fear and anxiety. Those emotions, if transmuted well, can fuel recovery and enhance and accentuate our appreciation for what we do have. I am a Care Manager and Post Care Life Coach at the Alternative to Meds Center where I coach clients how to live med free, overcome personal challenges, and rediscover the best of themselves. I lecture once a week using the Reclaim the Best of Yourself curriculum and witness it used as a restorative and transformative recovery tool. I am in love with Teaching. I see Education as the endless pursuit of Beauty. When I teach, I connect to the questions that my clients are truly asking. I am insightful and inspirational, seeing into the lives that I am honored to bear witness to and sparking life into souls that have lost their fire.
